Navigate to the website address that we provided you. If you know your credentials: enter your Username > click Continue > enter your Password > click Log In. If this is your first time logging in and you were instructed to create your login: click Create Login in the bottom left corner of the login page. Follow the prompts on screen.
Uploading Documents: store and share documents securely with your advisor in the Document Vault located inside the portal. Files that are uploaded into the vault are encrypted to provide end-to-end security and protection.
Viewing Statements: statements can be securely accessed through the Document Vault inside the portal. Here, your advisor will share important documents with you, such as portfolio statements, custodial statements, and tax documents.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is mandatory when logging in. This policy is in place to help protect your sensitive data and information. Each valid user is granted access after successfully authenticating two pieces of verification.
Ensure your email address and mobile phone number are valid. If you do not have a valid mobile phone number or email, consider using one that you have access to. Note that the 2FA registration code expires 15 minutes after it is sent. After it expires, you must select ‘Resend Code’ for a new code to be sent.
The Navigator Portal ensures your experience stays protected with required two-factor authentication. It is built with 128-bit AES and RSA-2048 bit encryption and in compliance with SSAE18 Type II Audit and ISO 27001Certified standards.
Yes, we can set you up with separate logins via different email addresses and phone numbers. With shared access, you both will experience the benefits of using the portal.
