Tiffany Wilson

Tiffany Wilson joined Petersen Hastings Wealth Advisors in January 2026 as an Executive Administrative Assistant, where she provides dedicated support to the firm’s Leadership Team and assists with a wide range of administrative functions across the organization. She brings with her a strong background in administration and a deep appreciation for relationship-driven work. After spending six years supporting Hanford contractors, Tiffany was drawn to Petersen Hastings by the opportunity to work closer to home, make a meaningful impact, and build lasting connections within the community.

Tiffany brings compassion and fairness to everything she does and believes administrators are the backbone of any successful organization. As a natural helper, she finds fulfillment in proactively supporting her team, streamlining workflows, and solving problems so others can focus on their core responsibilities and client service.

Born and raised in Wenatchee, Washington, Tiffany’s professional journey began early, spending summers working the front desk at her grandfather’s orthotic office, an experience that sparked a lifelong career in administrative support. Over the years, she has supported a wide range of industries, including real estate, fruit brokerage, family medicine, county government, and large-scale organizations. Her professional experience includes serving as a Program Manager for a Hanford Mission Integration Solutions (HMIS) administrative contractor, working in Accounts Payable at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), and supporting audit and control functions at the Yakima County Assessor’s Office. She is also actively involved in her community, supporting organizations such as Meals on Wheels and Toys for Tots.

Outside of work, Tiffany leads an active and adventurous life. She enjoys golfing, teaching Pilates, and spending time on the water during the summer through paddle boarding and river rafting. She loves attending sporting events, taking spontaneous road trips, and hosting small gatherings for friends and family. As the oldest of seven children and a proud mother of two daughters, family is at the center of everything she does. Tiffany is passionate about creating meaningful experiences, embracing new challenges, and making the most of every adventure life brings.
