Athena Bunata

Athena Bunata joined the Petersen Hastings team as a Client Service Specialist in June of 2025. Athena was brought to the firm because of her desire to help with the company’s mission and service to the community. Athena is eager to learn and grow in this position to assist clients, advisors, and Petersen Hastings as a whole. 

Athena was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada and moved to Cheney, WA in September 2020 to attend Eastern Washington University. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Systems and Analytics in June of 2024. She started her first job when she was 14 years old and has excellent experience with customer service.

Outside of work, Athena enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and golden retriever (Dug). She has recently started playing pickleball and loves paddleboarding in the summer. In her downtime she likes to read, hike, travel, and spend time outside. Being new to the Tri-Cities, she is also trying new restaurants and activities that the area has to offer.
