Petersen Hastings Announces Donna Yakawich & Diane Gaines as Newest Shareholders
Petersen Hastings is proud to announce that Donna Yakawich, CPA, AIF®, Wealth Advisor and Diane Gaines, Manager of Operations, are the firm’s newest shareholders. This leadership addition will bring Petersen Hastings’ total shareholders to eight.

Meet the New Shareholders
Donna Yakawich
Donna joined the Petersen Hastings team in 2013 after having practiced as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) for nearly 20 years. This experience has provided her an extensive background in helping to service a variety of client’s financial and tax related needs. As a Wealth Advisor for the firm, her primary responsibility includes advising and managing a segment of Petersen Hastings private wealth management clients. As a CPA and Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®), Donna is able to live her passion daily by helping people achieve their life financial goals and working closely with clients to provide advice on the challenges and complexities faced throughout the entire planning process.
Diane Gaines
Diane joined Petersen Hastings in February of 2001. As the Manager of Operations, Diane oversees the daily operations and portfolio administrative needs of the firm. Additionally, she leads the daily requirements of the firm’s relationship with its many custodians and other operational systems. Diane has held a role on multiple boards and committees within her tenure including: Zero Alpha Group’s (ZAG) iRebal & Technology Committee and TD Ameritrade’s Operations Panel. She currently holds roles on ZAG’s Trading & Operations Committee, and Orion’s Advisory Board.
